ISBR Bangalore Placements 2025
ISBR placement 2025 session is ongoing. The institute has been ranked 6th best among placements by the Go-Getter B-School Placements Survey. Discovery Education rewarded ISBR the Exemplary Placement Award. The ISBR summer internship result is out for the PGDM 2023-25 batch. As per the report, ISBR received a total of 68 offers and a total of 108 companies visited the campus. In terms of ISBR placements 2025 for the PGDM programme, students received offers from 20+ sectors. ISBR Bangalore highest package is recorded at Rs 15 LPA. The average package in ISBR placements 2025 is Rs 7.5 LPA.

ISBR Placement Process
Step 1 – Preparing Students for Placements
ISBR conducts Guest Lectures, Leadership Talks, Live Projects, and other Corporate Forums to align students with the placement scenario.
Step 2: Pre-Placement Sessions
Next, ISBR organises pre-placement interactive and talk sessions. It allows students to participate, resolve their placement- related queries, and engage with the company representatives.
Step 3: Sharing the Job Descriptions
At this stage the recruitment companies share the job descriptions with the placement team that lets students understand the requirements, responsibilities and skills needed for the positions
Step 4: ISBR Placement Application Process
Students are then asked to submit their application as per the process set by the CAS (Career Advancement Services) Office. The placement committee guides the students to prepare the resumes, cover letters, portfolios and similar other documents that are asked by the recruiters.
Step 5: Shortlisting and Recruitment Process Details
The recruiting companies review the applications received and carries out the shortlisting process as per the job requirements. The name of the shortlisted candidates are communicated to the CAS (Career Advancement Services) Office. Other details like recruitment process, interview rounds and assessments are also sent to the students.
