Overview
ISBR Bangalore’s recognition as a Platinum Institute by the AICTE-CII Survey for five consecutive years was a major factor in my decision to join. The institute ranks among the top 3% of Indian management colleges. The MBA program is well-structured, with eligibility criteria that ensure inclusivity. While the total fee of Rs 10 lakhs might feel steep, the quality of education and opportunities provided make it worth the investment.
Admission
The admission process at ISBR was transparent and rigorous. I appeared for the ISBR Aptitude Test, followed by a cognitive case study, micro-presentation, and a personal interview. The absence of negative marking in the test reduced stress, and the process ensured that candidates were selected holistically, considering various skills.
Hostel
The hostel offers a good living environment, with the option of single or double occupancy. I opted for double occupancy, which costs Rs 1,80,000 annually. The rooms are well-furnished with study tables, beds, and cupboards, and the hostel fee includes vegetarian meals. It feels like a home away from home, ensuring comfort and convenience.
Placement
Placements are ISBR’s strength, with 92% of students placed in reputed companies. The highest package offered was Rs 15 LPA, and the average package stands at Rs 7.5 LPA. IT services dominate placements, followed by sectors like financial services and ed-tech. This gives students plenty of opportunities to explore diverse career paths.
Faculty
The faculty at ISBR is outstanding. They bring in real-world experience and theoretical knowledge, creating a balanced and practical learning environment. Their guidance has been invaluable for academic and professional growth.

Overview
I chose ISBR Bangalore for its reputation as the No. 1 New Generation B-School in India (DM B-School Survey). The PGDM program is comprehensive, catering to students with a minimum of 50% marks. While the Rs 11 lakh fee seemed daunting, the return on investment, both in terms of placements and learning, is remarkable.
Admission
The admission process is smooth and offers flexibility. I filled out my application online and appeared for the ISBR Aptitude Test. The process also included an essay writing round, a micro-presentation, and a personal interview. Each stage felt like an opportunity to showcase my abilities, not just a test of knowledge.
Hostel
The hostel facilities are great, providing both single and double occupancy. My double occupancy room is comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a study table, chair, and bed. The fee includes meals, and the vegetarian food served is delicious and hygienic.
Placement
ISBR’s placement statistics are impressive, with 92% of students placed in leading companies. The highest salary package is Rs 15 LPA, while the average is Rs 7.5 LPA. The summer internship program provided excellent exposure, and the diversity of recruiters ensures opportunities across multiple industries.
Faculty
The faculty is a blend of academicians and industry professionals. Their mentorship has helped me develop both technical and soft skills. The industry-relevant curriculum keeps us updated with the latest trends and practices.

Overview
ISBR’s ranking in the “India’s Best B-School” category for five consecutive years (Dalal Street Journal) made it an easy choice for me. I pursued the PGDM in Product Management, designed for those aspiring to build careers in product development and management. The course fee of Rs 11 lakh is steep but justified by the quality of education.
Admission
The admission process was thorough, including the ISBR Aptitude Test, case study, micro-presentation, and interview. I appreciated the focus on evaluating not just academic performance but also practical and creative thinking skills.
Hostel
The hostel is well-maintained and conveniently located near the campus. Rooms are spacious, with facilities like a bed, cupboard, study table, and attached bathrooms. Meals are vegetarian, and the menu is diverse. I opted for single occupancy at Rs 3,00,000, which provides ample privacy and comfort.
Placement
Placements at ISBR are excellent, especially for PGDM students. The IT sector dominates with 26% placements, but there are opportunities in banking, financial services, and more. With an average package of Rs 7.5 LPA and a highest package of Rs 15 LPA, ISBR prepares its students for lucrative roles.

The admission process was engaging, with multiple steps including the ISBR Aptitude Test, micro-presentation, and personal interview. The aptitude test, with no negative marking, allowed me to attempt questions confidently.
