Bennett University’s placement process is flexible and begins in September each year. It includes the following steps:

• Company Requirements: Companies share details about job roles, eligibility, and salary packages with the university.
• Student Notification: These details are shared with students through the Placement Committee. Students can decide whether to participate based on their interests, skills, and career goals.
• Resume Submission: Resumes of interested students are sent to the companies. Companies review resumes and share a shortlist of candidates.
• Selection Process: Shortlisted students are informed about the selection process, which may include:
  • Assessments (personal or online)
  • Telephonic interviews
  • Case discussions
  • Group discussions
  • Multiple rounds of interviews
• Pre-Placement Talk and Commitment: Students can withdraw their application after the Pre-Placement Talk but not after the placement process begins. Withdrawal during the process will result in disqualification from further placement assistance.
• Mandatory Participation: Shortlisted students must attend the interview. Absence will lead to disqualification from future placement opportunities.
• Offer Acceptance: Students participating in multiple placement processes must accept and join the first offer they receive.
• Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs): Students who receive a PPO are considered placed and cannot seek additional placement support from the university.
